Description

What does it take to run a successful business? The Profit Puzzle shows how three main components; Planning, Culture, and People are necessary to bring out the best in an organization. This course will help attendees understand the business value, the role of planning, the impact of culture and the advantage of competent, trained employees in delivering higher profits.
