The Michigan Association of CPA’s Leadership Academy is a targeted experience that supports early-career CPAs with developing a personal leadership style by understanding their unique strengths and growth opportunities while finding ways to lead and motivate others and establishing peer-to-peer relationships.
The one-year program launches on November 15, 2022 with facilitated monthly sessions from 8-10:30 am covering:

Program Detail & Scope


The leadership academy will meet monthly from 8:00 - 10:30 A.M. at the MICPA offices in Troy.

Upon completion of the program, attendees will have accumulated 30 hours of CPE.
