“It is exciting to get the insight from a currently practicing CPA of what the work in the specific field of accounting will look like. My mentor gives me the flexibility to decide the direction of the conversations and I really enjoy hearing about her experiences. She has given me very beneficial advice for my goals of becoming a CPA.”

Why Mentorship?

Decades of research has shown that mentorship delivers many benefits to both the mentors and mentees, among them the opportunity to build the leadership and communication skills of the mentor while providing feedback and sharing expertise to aid in the career development of the mentee.

Whether you are just starting your career or a more experienced professional looking for a way to give back to the profession, mentoring can cultivate a rewarding relationship for both parties.
