Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award

This award acknowledges a CPA firm or accounting team within a company that is committed to promoting the strength of diversity, creating equitable practices and cultivating inclusive environments within their organization, the accounting profession or the community. Self-nominations are encouraged! 

The deadline to submit is Friday, July 12, 2024.

Nominee Requirements

• At least one member of the firm or team must be an MICPA member.

Award Criteria

• Champions an inclusive culture, leveraging diverse practices and policies to foster belonging.
• Drives diversity and inclusion through training, development, and support for employee-led resource groups and affinity networks.
• Supports diverse suppliers, vendors, or community partners, enhancing inclusivity in business practices.
