Women to Watch – Emerging Leader Award

Nomination Form

Honors CPAs who have made significant contributions to the profession and the community but have not yet reached the highest levels of leadership. The nominee participates in public and community service, demonstrates leadership and has made contributions to the profession including creation and implementation of unique initiatives.  

The nomination deadline to submit is Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Nominee Requirements 

  • The nominee must be a CPA at the time of application and an MICPA member.

Award Criteria

  • Leads initiatives that contribute to growth, sustainability or innovation within their organization or the profession.
  • Engages in public and community service, making a positive impact outside of the workplace.
  • Demonstrates leadership and contributes to the advancement of the profession, including the creation or implementation of unique initiatives.
