What is needed now, more than ever is practical, useful guidance on what makes the most sense to automate and what the right questions and considerations are once you've decided to make a move.
For example, vendor relationships need to be essential and knowing what to ask going into those conversations can make all the difference. You're spending time, and in some cases money, on keeping pace and also meeting the growing needs of your clients.
