This session explores a variety of key topics in accelerating leadership and growth in your career. Topics covered include the stages in careers, developing your brand statement, networking/practice development, time management, and communication skills. Throughout this one-day training we will also touch on emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and building trust as well as taking the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. The Myers Briggs is a personality assessment that gives you insight on your management style, motivation, values and your approach to conflict situations.

Prior to the course, you will be sent a link to a Myers Briggs Test & Personality Assessment which will need to be completed before the course. You will be reviewing your own results during the course.
