Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives


All staff are welcome to be part of these initiatives through our staff-run DEI Committee. The Committee serves as champions for diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering awareness, understanding, and accountability resulting in positive and lasting change throughout our organization. Through the Committee, we are EQUAL TOGETHER in researching, learning (and un-learning), accomplishing goals, and having courageous conversations to become better allies to marginalized groups. This Committee is also responsible for bringing topics to staff for discussion and learning through monthly meetings and frequent sharing of information.




Employee Experience


We enjoy a flexible work environment that values the uniqueness of each team member, their ideas, work-life harmony, and the little things (like sharing our daily joy with staff). We are committed to the development of our talented team members through continuous honest and open feedback, training opportunities, and the encouragement of bringing new ideas to the table. Our new modern office provides several amenities such as collaborative workspace/areas, standing/sitting desks, top technology, kitchen, wellness room, an arcade, and free pop. 

We are honored to be recognized by the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce as a recipient of the 2021 MSU Federal Credit Union/ Oakland University Credit Union Financial Wellness Award for supporting our staff’s financial well-being through a successful financial wellness program.
