Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

 

We are always striving to understand and increase our awareness of others. We have hired a DEI Consultant to assist us in our continued learning journey. With her assistance, we bring quarterly topics to all staff with opportunities to learn and share. We also have an internal group of staff dedicated to holding us accountable for our continued efforts in this journey. Within the MICPA Strategic Plan pillars, we have key metrics related to DEI.

We are committed to the development of our talented team members through continuous honest and open feedback, training opportunities, and the encouragement of bringing new ideas to the table.
