Rising Award

This award commends the contributions of up-and-coming CPAs who add value to their firm or company through strategic and innovative initiatives, exhibiting leadership competencies and a commitment to the profession.

The nomination deadline to submit is Monday, June 8, 2026

Must be an MICPA member and currently licensed CPA for fewer than 10 years.
Self-nominations are welcomed and must include a letter of recommendation.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership potential by spearheading innovative projects or initiatives with measurable results.
Leads initiatives that drive measurable growth or improvement for their organization or team.
Enhances team dynamics and collaboration through mentorship, communication, or other contributions that foster a positive work environment.
