The AICPA is seeking licensed CPAs with direct experience supervising early-career and aspiring CPAs to participate in an upcoming virtual focus group as part of its ongoing Profession Readiness Initiative. Results of the study will be used to create a framework for employers, regulators, educators and other stakeholders that can be leveraged to build workforce readiness initiatives at every level of the profession.
